Getting an annual business health check can be essential to your business.  It's a way of making sure that you are taking into consideration your blind spots and aspects of your business you don't often get the chance to think about.

We have developed the PERFORM business diagnostic health check specifically for small and medium sized businesses who want to make sure they or on the right tracks.

The PERFORM model has been developed to be used in conjuction with everyone in your business but can be used exclusively with the Managing Director and senior management team if so required.

The PERFORM process is a scaleable diagnostic which can be entered into at a level you are comfortable with and one which will match your business needs and your budget.

In all cases we will involve you in assessing each of the key success criteria contained in the PERFORM model.

Option 1 - Initial Assessment

This option gives you access to the performance criteria.  You will get the chance to sit down with our consultant and discuss where you currently stand on the assessment scale for each of the areas of the PERFORM model.

This process will give your a snapshot overview into where you may need to consider developing your business.  It also provides an excellent introduction into the model and will offer you the chance to focus on the business as a whole.

Option 2 - Online Questionnaire

This option allows others within your team to contribute to the process and to the results.  At this stage we are seeking to get the views of Senior Managers.

This option supplements the initial assessment with an online questionnaire which will provide up to 5 people in your team to contribute to the assessment process.

Option 3 - Full Business Review

This option involves a more detailed appraisal of your business.  It will allow us to explore more thoroughly, the cause and effect happening in the business and to explore specifically where change might be required.

This process includes options 1 and 2 but will also include wider adoption of the online questionnaire and involvement from a cross-section of staff of your choosing in the diagnostic process.

The result is a thorough business review which considers a range of criteria affecting the success of your business rather than simply focusing in on one area alone.

What does it cost?

The cost will depend on your business needs and the option you decide to adopt.  The initial assessment and access to the criteria costs £250+vat.  You can access this service for free if you join our Acumen Network.
