COMPANY BACKGROUND 

C21 Consulting Ltd was formed in 2007 by Colin Davies.  Colin’s extensive background in senior management and organisation and business development led down the consultancy route.  Since the mid 1990’s Colin has been committed to working alongside mainly small to medium sized enterprises to support them in achieving their goals.  Initially, much of this work was around workforce development and organisational development.  He was part of a succcessful team of advisers working to promote the implementation of Investors in People in the 1990’s. 

The approach used was to see Investors in People as a means to organisation change, development and cultural alignment, rather than a simple tick box approach like many quality standards at the time.

From there Colin went on to lead on a social enterprise development project in Sheffield. In the 7 years Colin managed this enterprise, they developed a number of different services such as conferencing, day nursery, adult and community education, business training, soft play centre and community cafe.  As well as the development of these activities, he also led on the development of the people and systems infrastructure of the organsiation creating a strong multi-disciplinary middle management team.

Shortly after 2007 when the consulting business was established, Colin was joined by wife and business partner Dawn Davies, jointly establishing C21 Accounting & Payroll Solutions Ltd.  This business has grown steadily and consistently over the last 10 years providing bookkeeping, payroll and now auto enrolment and pensions scheme set up and administration.

We employ a small team of dedicated professionals and work with associates where a project demands, thereby acting in a lead consultant or project management basis.
