Sometimes any organisation will need to bring in external expertise to help advise, guide or recommend change. Sometimes it is when things are going well but often it is when you feel you might hand hit a road block along the way and need to be able to get an independent view.

Over the years we have worked on a wide gamut of consulting projects; some lasting days and other spanning years.  Our approach is not about telling you what to do.  We understand that you know your organisation better than most even when you’re not quite sure how to move forward.  We facilitate or coach as a preferred style to enable you to create your own solutions through dialogue.

Sometimes, however we are asked to undertake specific projects which require us to bring our expertise of business and organisational development to the forefront.  These projects are equally varied but result in a physical output whether this be a website, a business plan and a host of other things.

Our Experience

We have worked in the business support sector for over 20 years.  Half of this time has been spent working within organisations on interim or senior management assignments.  The other half of that time has been spent directly working with small and medium sized companies, charities and social enterprises on development or change projects.

Over the last two decades we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge which is of great benefit to our clients.  As a result we often create significant added value for our clients over and above or outside of the direct scope of a specific project.  We bring a combination of practical and technical knowledge, management and leadership experience and a strategic mindset within which to advise and apply change.

We have worked across many sectors including, creative industries, hospitality and catering, engineering and manufacture, sport and leisure, retail, education and training, health and social care, social enterprise and the charity sector to name but a few.
