MANAGED PAYROLL SERVICES

Payroll is one of our specialities at C21 and provides the backbone for all of our other accounting related services.  In case you were wondering, we are not a firm of accountants, although we do work with accountancy practices as part of our white label service.

We are a dedicated payroll bureau.  We specialise in processing company payroll and other linked areas which typically sit within the payroll function.  Our payroll service can be tailored to the specific needs of our clients.  We are competitively priced and according to the feedback we get from clients, we represent excellent value for money.

About our clients and where we work

We work across the UK as our service is delivered almost entirely remotely.  However the majority of our clients are based in the North of England.  Our business centres around Yorkshire, Lancashire and East Midlands, with other clients in London and Scotland.

We operate across a wide spectrum of sectors including the private, voluntary and faith sectors.  Much of our business is directly with the client or company but we also work with intermediaries to provide white label services to their clients.  A White Label service is one where we don’t mention our name to clients.  For example, we deliver our service to clients of accountancy practices who no longer wish to focus on offering payroll to their clients directly but wish to retain the client’s business for accountancy purposes.

GDPR Compliant (General Data Protection Regulations)

Our clients’ privacy and the protection of data which is in our care is a high priority for us as you would imagine.  C21 Payroll has and continues to invest in systems and processes which keep us ahead of the game in our field of work.  Our GDPR includes some of the following:

• Encrypted Data Portal and File Transfer systems which enable clients to send, receive and store data if they wish in a safe and secure way*.  Our systems allow each client to have their own file repository is intended as an encrupted file transfer mechanism.  We host and manage this system on behalf of our clients, which is located in the UK.
• ICT systems which meet good practice standards in data management and disaster recovery.  Our data is synchronised and backups are run both on site and off-site.
• Carefully controlled policies and procedures which ensure that our staff manage data and privacy in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.

*The Data Portal is intended as a means of secure file transfer between ourselves and our clients.  It is not intended for the indefinite storage of data although the space allocation on our servers will allow of up to 15GB of storage capacity.  Terms and conditions apply to the use of this service.
